Does ThermoShield help protect the battery from the cold?

Yes. The insulating neoprene adds a protective layer that helps limit the battery's exposure to low temperatures. However, it does not guarantee a specific increase in range.

Is it compatible with all e-bike batteries?

ThermoShield fits most frame-mounted batteries thanks to the elastic neoprene and adjustable Velcro — one customer installed it without problems even with the bottle cage. Before ordering, check the size chart, or send us your bike model on WhatsApp and we'll verify it for you. Plus, you have 14 days to return it if it doesn't fit.

Does it also protect against rain and mud?
ThermoShield helps protect the battery from splashes, mud, and road grime. It is not designed for submersion in water.

How long does it take to install it?
