Do Uniride e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, we've got you covered! Every new Uniride electric bike comes with a full one-year warranty covering the entire bike. This means we guarantee the bike is free from manufacturing defects for the first year – if any component has an issue due to a production defect, we'll repair or replace it for you. In addition, we offer extended coverage on key components: usually, the motor and frame are covered for more than 2 years.
How much assembly is required when the bike arrives?
Not much – we ship our electric bikes mostly assembled to make things easy for you. When your Uniride bike arrives, most of the work is already done. You'll only need to fit a few parts like the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and maybe adjust the saddle. Don't worry, no mechanical skills are needed. We include all the tools you need in the box, and there’s a clear step-by-step instruction manual (and helpful videos online) to guide you. It's a bit like assembling a small piece of furniture or setting up a new TV – simple and straightforward. Most customers manage to put everything together in 30-60 minutes. How far can I travel on a single charge?
You can usually ride from 50 to 90 km on a single charge, depending on the model and how you ride. All Uniride e-bikes are equipped with high-capacity lithium batteries that give you plenty of range for your everyday adventures. If you pedal a lot in pedal-assist mode, you may get even more distance (some models can reach over 100 km in ideal conditions). Using full throttle or going up steep hills will use more battery, so the range may be lower if you're not pedaling. In any case, you'll have enough power to enjoy hours of riding before needing to recharge. And when it's time to recharge, it's simple: just plug the removable battery into any standard wall outlet (just like a laptop or phone) and it'll be ready for your next ride, usually after 5-7 hours for a full charge.
Can Uniride e-bikes support heavier or taller riders?
Yes – Uniride e-bikes are built with sturdy frames and durable components to support riders of different sizes. In fact, most of our models can support a rider weighing up to about 100 kg, and some models go all the way up to 130 kg. The bikes are designed to be strong and stable, so you'll feel confident even if you're a larger rider. We also design our bikes to be adjustable for a comfortable fit. The saddle height and handlebar position can be adjusted on most bikes, accommodating riders of various heights. Many models are suitable for riders over 1.80 meters tall, and we also have options for shorter riders. In short, whether you're big or tall (or both!), a Uniride bike can be adjusted to fit you. You shouldn't have to worry about the bike's strength – just focus on enjoying the ride!
