Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the weekly and monthly e-bike rental plans offered by UNIRIDE

1. Weekly subscriptions

• The weekly subscription lasts for 7 consecutive days.

• No automatic renewal is предусмотрено.

• In case of early return, the fee remains fully due and no refund is предусмотрено.

2. Monthly subscriptions

• The monthly subscription lasts for 1 month and renews automatically unless canceled.

• Cancellation must be communicated at least 7 days before the expiration of the current month, via email or certified email (PEC) to UNIRIDE's official addresses.

• If no cancellation is received within the deadline, the subscription will be renewed for an additional month.

• No refunds are предусмотрено for early return.

3. Cancellation method

Cancellation requests must be sent to:

Cancellation will be confirmed by email.

4. Exceptions

UNIRIDE reserves the right to cancel the subscription in the event of:

• non-payment,

• failure to return the bike,

• contract violations.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
