Are Uniride e-bikes covered by a warranty?
Yes, we've got you covered! Every new Uniride electric bike comes with a comprehensive one-year warranty that covers the entire bike. This means we guarantee the bike against manufacturing defects for the first year - if any component has a problem due to a production defect, we will repair or replace it for you. In addition, we offer extended coverage on key components: usually, the motor and frame are covered for more than 2 years.
How much assembly is required when the bike arrives?
Not much - we ship our electric bikes mostly assembled to make things easy for you. When your Uniride bike arrives, most of the work is already done. You'll only need to install a few parts like the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and maybe adjust the saddle. Don't worry, no mechanical expertise is required. We include all the necessary tools in the box, and there is a clear step-by-step instruction manual (and helpful videos online) to guide you. It's a bit like assembling a small piece of furniture or connecting a new TV - simple and straightforward. Most customers can put everything together in 30-60 minutes. How far can I travel on a single charge?
You can usually travel 50 to 90 km on a single charge, depending on the model and how you ride. All Uniride e-bikes are equipped with high-capacity lithium batteries that give you plenty of range for your daily adventures. If you ride a lot in pedal-assist mode, you may get even more distance (some models can reach up to over 100 km in ideal conditions). Using full throttle or going up steep hills will drain the battery more quickly, so the range may be lower if you are not pedaling. In any case, you'll have enough power to enjoy hours of riding before needing to recharge. And when it's time to recharge, it's easy: just connect the removable battery to any standard wall outlet (just like a laptop or phone) and it will be ready for your next ride, usually after 5-7 hours for a full charge.
Can Uniride e-bikes support heavier or taller riders?
