How installment payments work
- Choose your e-bike and add it to your cart.
- At checkout, select HeyLight.
- Enter your details and complete the online verification. It only takes a few minutes.
- Receive an immediate response. If the application is approved, the order is confirmed and shipping begins.
You do not need to go to a branch, print anything, or wait days.

What if the application is not approved?
The outcome depends on checks by Compass Banca S.p.A. and is not guaranteed. If the application is not successful, your order is not lost: you can complete the purchase with card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No amount is charged until you choose how to pay.
Shipping
Shipping starts when the order is confirmed, so after a positive response to the application. Delivery times are the same as with any other payment method.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 250.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Yes. On uniride.it you can buy your e-bike and pay in 12 monthly installments. The application is completed entirely online at the time of purchase.
Do I pay more than the listed price if I choose installments?
No. The total due in 12 installments is identical to the product price. APR and interest rate are both zero.
When do I pay the first installment?
30 days after the order is confirmed.
How long does it take to get a response?
The application is completed in a few minutes and the response arrives immediately, before completing the order.
What happens if I am not approved?
You can complete the purchase with another payment method. You do not lose the order and nothing is charged to you.
Can I also pay for the rental in installments?
No. Installment payment is available only for the purchase of e-bikes. The rental service has dedicated payment methods.
