- You’ll get the result right away. If the application is approved, the order is confirmed and shipping begins.
You don’t need to go to a branch, you don’t need to print anything, and you don’t need to wait days.

What if the application is not approved?
The outcome depends on the checks carried out by Compass Banca S.p.A. and is not guaranteed. If the application is not successful, your order is not lost: you can complete the purchase with card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No amount will be charged until you choose how to pay.
Shipping
Shipping starts once the order is confirmed, so after the application is approved. Delivery times are the same as with any other payment method.

Do I pay more than the listed price if I choose installments?
No. The total due in 12 installments is identical to the product price. APR and interest rate are both zero.
When do I pay the first installment?
30 days after order confirmation.
How long does it take to get a result?
The application is completed in a few minutes and the result arrives immediately, before the order is completed.
What happens if I’m not approved?
You can complete the purchase with another payment method. You won’t lose the order and nothing will be charged.
Can I pay in installments for rental too?
No. Installment payments are available only for e-bike purchases. The rental service has dedicated payment methods.
