How installment payments work

- At checkout, select HeyLight.
- Enter your details and complete the online verification. It only takes a few minutes.
- Receive an immediate response. If the application is approved, the order is confirmed and shipping begins.
You do not need to go to a branch, print anything, or wait days.

What if the application is not approved?
The outcome depends on checks by Compass Banca S.p.A. and is not guaranteed. If the application is not successful, your order is not lost: you can complete the purchase with card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No amount is charged until you choose how to pay.
Shipping
Shipping starts when the order is confirmed, so after a positive response to the application. Delivery times are the same as with any other payment method.

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
3. Hosting and shop system (Shopify)
Our online shop is operated on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, and Shopify Inc., Canada/USA). When you visit, technically necessary data (including IP address, browser type, time of access) is processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If data is transferred to third countries, this is done on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Processing of orders
To process your order, we process the data you provide (name, address, email, and, if applicable, telephone number). The legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We pass your address data to the shipping company commissioned for delivery (DHL Express) for the purpose of shipment.
5. Payment processing
Depending on the payment method selected, we pass your payment data on to the respective payment service provider (including Klarna, PayPal, Satispay). The privacy policies of the respective provider also apply. The legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
6. Newsletter (Brevo)
We use the Brevo service (Sendinblue GmbH) to send our newsletter. Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
7. Push notifications (PushOwl)

Yes. On uniride.it you can buy your e-bike and pay in 12 monthly installments. The application is completed entirely online at the time of purchase.
Do I pay more than the listed price if I choose installments?
No. The total due in 12 installments is identical to the product price. APR and interest rate are both zero.
When do I pay the first installment?
30 days after the order is confirmed.
How long does it take to get a response?
The application is completed in a few minutes and the response arrives immediately, before completing the order.
What happens if I am not approved?
You can complete the purchase with another payment method. You do not lose the order and nothing is charged to you.
Can I also pay for the rental in installments?
No. Installment payment is available only for the purchase of e-bikes. The rental service has dedicated payment methods.
